The technician, Todd, got the door fixed, explained the issue, and lubricated the tracks - he was done and gone before the initially scheduled start time! Super happy with my experience, and my neighbors will surely be happy that I have access to my lawn mower again! Updating 11/16/23 - I had another fantastic experience with this company. Graham got my garage door back in working condition - explained what he did, what his recommendations are for the future, and was great to work with. Empire Overhead Doors will definitely be hearing from me when I'm ready to replace this door!
